Job Description

Walk in (Monday to Friday: 2.30 pm to 7.30 pm)

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end
recruitment and onboarding
activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation
Assist in
HR operations
such as maintaining employee records, compliance tracking, and audit preparation
Contribute to
employee engagement initiatives
, internal communication, and event coordination
Provide support in
training programs
, performance management, and feedback processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient HR support

Desired Profile

MBA in Human Resources (pursuing or completed) or related specialization
Strong interest in HR processes, organizational development, and people management
Excellent
communication, coordination, and analytical
skills
High level of
ownership, adaptability, and time management
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
; familiarity with HR tools will be an advantage
