Role Overview

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers

HR Operations

• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Help with attendance, leave, and basic HR MIS

Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
• Support internal communication and HR announcements

Compliance & Documentation

• Help draft HR letters (offer, internship, experience letters, etc.)
• Assist in policy documentation and handbook updates

General HR Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
• Provide administrative support to the HR team

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing or recently completed

  MBA/PGDM in HR

  , BBA, or relevant degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
