Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern.

This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and support various people-related initiatives.

You'll work closely with the HR team to assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.

You will get to-

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Draft HR communications and support policy documentation.
• Actively participate in strategy and decision making processes.
  

Required-

• Strong interest in HR and people management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
