Job Description – HR Intern Company Name : Mindcoders Location: 206, Pearl Business Park, infornt of Vishnupuri ibus stop Employment Type: Internship (3–6 Months) ### Roles & Responsibilities: * Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. * Support onboarding process for trainers, students (placement partners), and staff. * Maintain HR records, databases, and attendance. * Coordinate with placement partners for student recruitment drives. * Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship agreements. * Organize employee/student engagement activities, workshops, and feedback sessions. * Learn and support payroll, performance tracking, and basic compliance. ### Requirements: * Pursuing/completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or related specialization. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). * Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. * Interest in EdTech, recruitment, and student engagement. ### Perks: * Internship Certificate. * Exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and placement activities in EdTech. * Pre-placement offer (performance-based).
