Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support various functions and ensure smooth operations within the department.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous internship experience in Human Resources is a plus
