Role Description

This is a Paid Internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The day-to-day tasks include assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, and supporting employee benefits administration. The intern will also be involved in various HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is an on-site role located in Noida.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and related administration
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
