About the Role


The HR Intern will assist the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects, gaining valuable experience in human resources management.


Responsibilities


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help with various HR projects as needed.


Qualifications


  • BMS/BBA required
  • MBA added advantage


Required Skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Skills


  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
