About the Role The HR Intern will assist the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects, gaining valuable experience in human resources management. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes. Support onboarding activities for new hires. Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation. Participate in employee engagement initiatives. Help with various HR projects as needed. Qualifications BMS/BBA required MBA added advantage Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus. Familiarity with HR software and tools.
