Roles & Responsibilities


  • Recruitment Support

    – Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
  • Onboarding Assistance

    – Prepare new hire documentation, conduct orientations, and ensure smooth integration.
  • Employee Engagement

    – Support planning and execution of team-building activities, recognition programs, and surveys.
  • HR Administration

    – Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and generate HR reports.
  • Training & Development

    – Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and collect feedback.
  • Policy & Compliance

    – Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • HR Projects

    – Contribute to projects like performance management, diversity & inclusion, and process improvements.
  • General Support

    – Handle HR correspondence, employee queries, and departmental documentation.
