Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at 91Trucks. The Human Resources Intern will assist in day-to-day HR tasks including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities will involve supporting HR operations and contributing to various HR projects. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience in HR management and HR policies
• Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
