Your Tasks:

Handle Recruitment/Onboarding/ Off-boarding

Maintain Employee Records

Attendance Management & Salary disbursements

Reviews & Appraisals

Schedule management for team meetings

Employee Engagement (Discussion & Address Grievances)

Drafting basic HR policies & SOP’s

Identifying training needs or upskilling opportunities

Coordinating short courses, webinars, or internal knowledge sharing

Salary Bracket: 2LPA to 3.5LPA

Required experience:

1+ Year experience

Graduate degree

or MBA in Human Resources

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong communication skills (in English)

Organizational abilities

Time - management responsibly

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Having a good first-impression presence

A confident personality

Software Skills:

Google suite

⁠MS Office

LinkedIn and Job Portals

Languages ~ Fluency in English (Writing & Speaking)
