Human Resources (HR) Trainee

You are seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to support the HR team in managing day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee engagement, and academic administration. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about starting their career in Human Resources. - Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding & induction of new faculty and staff. - Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files. - Assist in organizing training, workshops, and engagement activities. - Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/post-graduate (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields). - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
