Human Resources (HR) Trainee

As an HR Trainee at our company, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in various day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. - Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new faculty and staff members. - Maintaining HR records, databases, and employee files up to date. - Assisting in organizing training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities. - Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
