Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions with hiring managers. 2. Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals. 3. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department heads. 5. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles. 6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding. 7. Conduct initial HR rounds to evaluate candidate fitment, salary expectations, and notice periods. 8. Prepare candidate summaries for internal review. 9. Communicate feedback and offers promptly to selected candidates. 10. Maintain proper follow-up with offered candidates till joining. 11. Promote company culture and values in recruitment efforts. 12. Participate in job fairs or campus drives as needed. 13. Recommend new sourcing strategies or platforms to attract top talent. 14. Maintain detailed recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports. 15. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve hiring turnaround times. 16. Coordinate background verification and document collection for new hires.
