About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and onboarding new employees 3. Oversee employee performance appraisal processes and provide coaching and support for career development 4. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary 5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance 6. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks 7.
