About the job: This is a full-time, on-site role for a talent acquisition specialist located in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting within the organization 2. Handle hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding 3. Manage employer branding initiatives 4. Conduct interviews and coordinate recruitment activities Qualifications: 1. Full-life cycle recruiting and hiring skills 2. Employer branding expertise 3. Interviewing skills 4. Recruiting experience 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 7. Experience in the education sector is a plus 8.
