Human Resources (HR) Internship in Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other professional platforms
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR rounds of interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with departments to assess hiring needs and follow up on recruitment status
  

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in recruitment
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Show familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles effectively
• Exhibit good organizational and time management skills
