Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Coordinate with departments to collect and track attendance, leave data, and other HR metrics.
Support in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and employment contracts.
Assist in learning & development initiatives including scheduling trainings and maintaining training records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor laws.

About Company: Highway Delite is the first and only free travel app tailored for Indian highway travelers, aiming to make highway travel and road trips both enjoyable and safe. We are supported by the Government of Karnataka as a tourism startup and incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. Our app equips highway travelers with essential information for their journeys, covering verified routes spanning over 10,000 kilometers, with ongoing expansions.
