Human Resources (HR) Internship in Lucknow

As a Human Resources intern at Community Action Through Motivation Program "CAMP", you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic non-profit organization. This role will allow you to work closely with our HR team to support various aspects of talent management and employee engagement. With your knowledge of MS-Office, you will have the chance to contribute to important projects and initiatives that impact our workforce.

• Assist with Compliance, PF, ESIC and recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Update and maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support the coordination of training and development programs
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions
• Help with organizing employee events and activities
• Collaborate with HR team on special projects and initiatives
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
