• Assist in Salary, PF, ESIC, Compliance. Assist with recruitment efforts including resume screening and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and databases using MS-Excel

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes
• Provide support in handling employee inquiries and requests
