Human Resources (HR) Executive in Noida

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support a wide range of HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and a strong understanding of salary and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new employees.
• Maintain accurate records of new hires, exits, and employee lifecycle events.
• Payroll & Salary Processing:
• Collect and verify monthly attendance, leave records, and other payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with the finance/accounts team for timely salary disbursement.
• Handle salary components like bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
• Resolve employee queries related to salaries, payslips, and deductions.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain and regularly update employee records and HRIS.
• Support performance appraisal processes and maintain documentation.
• Address employee queries related to company policies, leave, attendance, etc.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with legal and organizational standards.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in general office administration, including stationery management, travel coordination, and vendor communication.
• Help manage documentation, file organization, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with other departments for HR and admin-related requirements.
