Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing candidates based on the required skill through various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and other sources such as headhunting, reference, professional networking sites, company database, etc.
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Taking regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Working on extending offers, negotiating salary, administering preliminary assessments and conducting reference and background checks to assist in the onboarding of candidates.
Assisting superiors in conducting salary negotiations with selected candidates.
Initiating the background verification process for the selected candidates and ensuring completion of the same.
Assisting with admin work.

Note

Job type: Full-time.
Schedule: Day shift- Monday to Friday.
Education: Bachelor's (preferred).
Experience: Payroll: 1 year (required).
Language: English (preferred).
Work location: In person.
