Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handling end-to-end recruitment processes
Reviewing job descriptions, understanding client requirements, and executing a targeted search plan
Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals and our internal database
Conducting telephonic interviews to assess relevant experience, knowledge, and skills
Submitting candidate resumes to hiring managers for further consideration
Ensuring timely communication with candidates, providing updates on their candidature
