Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities: - Contributing to all aspects of the HR department - Recruitment and coordination - Onboarding new employees - Employee engagement initiatives - Development of HR-related policies - Handling grievance management - Other miscellaneous tasks as required Your Impact: Your success in this position will be evaluated based on your ability to consistently: - Provide exceptional candidate experiences both internally and externally - Continuously attract, screen, and introduce a diverse pool of applicants - Monitor and report on candidate pipelines and hires as per organizational needs - Contribute to creating a positive and dynamic work environment Minimum Qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience in recruitment - A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent - Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, practical experience in talent pipeline management, and employee relations - Proficiency in English and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced setting This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits included. The work schedule is during the day shift. The job location is in Chandigarh and Noida. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
