Human Resources Generalist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Chennai. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and ensuring compliance, handling benefits administration, and supporting HR management tasks. The role involves fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective communication between management and employees.

Qualifications

• MBA-HR / MSW or related field
• Min 5+yrs Experience required as Generalist
• Immediate Joiner's preferred
• Work location-Trichy near Central Bus Stand, Cantonment.
• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
