Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to help us find and attract talented individuals to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.

Responsibilities:

* Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

* Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).

* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.  

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

* Participate in the interview process as needed.

* Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates.

* Conduct reference checks.

* Prepare and extend job offers.

* Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

* 6 months to 1 of experience in Hr or a related field.

* Understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
