🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Payroll Processing

  and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Maternity Benefits)
• Handle the full

  Employee Lifecycle

  : onboarding, attendance, leave, exits, and documentation
• Implement and maintain clear

  HR Policies & Procedures

• Maintain accurate HR records and compliance reports

✅ Required Profile

• 2+ years of experience as

  HR Executive / HR Generalist / HR Operations Executive

• Strong knowledge of

  Payroll Processing

  ,

  Statutory Compliance

  , and

  Employee Lifecycle Management

• Good understanding of Indian

  Labor Laws & HR Policies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and execution-driven
• Experience with HR Software (GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) is a plus
• Based in or willing to work from

  Saket, Delhi
