Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Executive at our hospital in Vellore, your primary role will be to support the HR functions with your 24 years of experience. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee onboarding and training, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital standards in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes for both clinical and non-clinical staff. - Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities. - Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance documentation. - Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital standards. - Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture. - Support performance management and professional development programs. - Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals. - Drive employee engagement and retention activities. - Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information. Qualifications & Skills: - Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA) preferred. - 24 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems. - Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle sensitive situations with empathy.
