Human Resources Executive Interns and Experienced

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jaipur, Indore, Gurugram, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Noida, Pune, Bhopal, Ahmedabad and other cities. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The role requires collaboration with various departments to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
