Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for telecallers, sales, and corporate roles.
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding process.

• Employee Relations & Engagement

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Build a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and team-building initiatives.

• Attendance & Leave Management

• Track attendance and leave records on a daily basis.
• Ensure HR policies regarding punctuality and leaves are strictly followed.

• Payroll & Compliance

• Support monthly payroll processing with accurate employee data.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules, and statutory regulations.

• Performance & HR Operations

• Assist with performance review systems and employee evaluations.
• Prepare HR letters, maintain employee records, and manage HR databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
