• Operate cameras, gimbals, drones (optional), and lighting equipment.
• Shoot property walkthroughs, testimonials, and promotional real estate content.
• Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add text overlays, branding elements, transitions, and background music.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create reels, stories, YouTube videos, and ads.
• Optimize videos for different platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website.
• Maintain organized video assets and backups.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos as per campaign deadlines.

🎯 Skills Required:

• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Creative sense of storytelling, pacing, and real estate presentation.
• Drone operation.
• Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus (Photoshop, illustrator).
• Ability to work independently and on-site across multiple project locations.
• Strong portfolio of past video projects.
