Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Panjim. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additional tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Comprehensive knowledge in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Experience in handling recruitment and onboarding processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
