Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, including developing and enforcing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks also include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and managing various HR management functions.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and handling HR Policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the sales industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
