Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Human Resources Executive based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR activities. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will also play a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
