Responsibilities:

• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.
• Maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Efficiently close Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined TAT.
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Other office administration work.

Requirements:

• Graduate candidates or Result awaited candidate can apply.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT Recruitment.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Good Knowledge of Job portals: Naukri, Linkedln, Indeed, Internshala etc.
