Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Mathura. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Experience in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Employee Relations management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mathura
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
