Job Description

As the Director HR, you will play a crucial role in shaping the people strategy for the staffing business. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic HR Leadership** - Collaborate with business leaders to create HR strategies supporting rapid business scaling. - Offer guidance on workforce planning, productivity, and organizational development. - Establish HR policies ensuring compliance, business agility, and employee engagement. - **Talent Acquisition & Retention** - Lead high-volume hiring strategies for recruitment, sales, and delivery teams in various locations. - Develop innovative sourcing and employer branding strategies to attract top recruitment talent. - Implement retention programs to reduce attrition in a competitive staffing environment. - **Performance & Culture** - Drive performance management processes aligned with business KPIs and revenue goals. - Design incentive and recognition programs tailored for sales and recruitment functions. - Cultivate a high-energy, target-driven, and ethical work culture. - **Compensation & Benefits** - Benchmark salary structures for recruitment and sales roles in the staffing industry. - **Learning & Development** - Develop structured training programs for recruiters and sales teams (e.g., sourcing strategies, client handling, compliance awareness). - Implement leadership development initiatives to nurture future leaders. - **Employee Engagement & Compliance** - Lead engagement programs for young, high-energy recruitment teams. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, client-specific background verification standards, and staffing regulations. - Establish transparent communication channels to address employee concerns and escalations. - **HR Operations & Technology** - Utilize data-driven insights to guide business decisions. - Standardize HR processes across multiple delivery centers. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 12-18 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within staffing/recruitment/IT services. - Proven track record in managing large recruiter and sales teams in high-growth environments. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and staffing industry best practices. - Experience in driving high-volume hiring and reducing attrition in recruitment-heavy setups.
