Your role will also involve leading digital HR transformation initiatives to optimize recruitment, engagement, and HR analytics. To be successful in this role, you should have a Masters in Human Resource Management (HRM) from one of India's Top 10 institutes specializing in HRM, 15-16 years of progressive HR experience, strategic thinking abilities, expertise in Sales HR Management, Manufacturing HR Strategy, Operations Performance Management, talent acquisition, and leveraging HR Metrics for business impact. Experience with multi-generational workforce management and digital HR transformation is essential.
