Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Compliance Manager located in India at Aster DM Healthcare. The Human Resources Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor and employment law, and regulatory requirements such as the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance in the healthcare industry Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field Statutory Compliance Management Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws: PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, LWF, Minimum Wages Act, etc. Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records as required by law. Timely filing of returns and challans to government portals. Monitor compliance status and implement corrective actions as needed. Show more Show less
