Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Communicate, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts with fairness and discretion
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous feedback
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and career development
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company standards
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation
• Support performance management, goal-setting, and learning initiatives aligned with business goals

Requirements

• 26 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within a

  tech or product-based company

• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A people-first mindset with a strong focus on cultural alignment and organizational development
