We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to join our team at Placement Point Solutions, an IT training and placement institute based in Velachery, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling HR coordination tasks, especially in candidate engagement and recruitment support.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for students and candidates.

* Regularly follow up with students/candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, and placement updates.

* Coordinate with placement officers and recruiters for scheduling interviews.

* Support candidates in resume building and ensure formatting standards are met.

* Conduct and coordinate mock interviews to prepare candidates for real-time placement opportunities.

* Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.

* Provide general administrative and HR support to the placement department.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment coordination, preferably in an educational or training institute.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively.

* Basic knowledge of resume formatting and interview processes.

* Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and email communication.

*Preferred Qualification:*

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.

* Prior experience working in an IT training or placement-focused environment.
