HR Coordinator Role Overview: We are in search of a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, processes, and fostering a purpose-driven culture. As an HR Coordinator at Nativer, you will be instrumental in creating a positive workplace environment and supporting the daily operations of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 2. HR Administration & Compliance: - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. 3. Training, Development & Team Coordination: - Coordinate employee training sessions, support remote workforce operations, and assist in managing distributed teams effectively. 4. Employee Engagement & Welfare: - Plan and implement engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture. 5. Performance Monitoring & HR Data Management: - Track employee performance metrics, support the performance review process, and analyze HR data for strategic decision-making. Position Details: - Position: Human Resources Coordinator - Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu Qualifications & Skills: - Education: MBA in Human Resource Management, recognized HR certification. - Experience: 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience. - Skills: Organizational skills, communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software knowledge.
