Role: Human Resources Specialist (Female Candidate Only)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Vadodara (On-Site, Full-Time)

As an HR Specialist at MaMo Tech+, you will support our growing team by managing HR operations and maintaining a positive, compliant, and engaging work culture. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Implementing and maintaining HR policies
• Managing employee benefits and personnel records
• Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws
• Supporting employee engagement and company culture initiatives

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or HR Management
• Good understanding of HR policies, employee benefits & labour compliance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate smoothly across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
