Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant Intern located in Hazaribag. The Human Resources Assistant Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks including maintaining HR records, updating HRIS systems, assisting with benefits administration, coordinating training sessions, and supporting HR management in various administrative duties.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience in Benefits Administration
Ability to coordinate and assist with Training sessions
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Hazaribag
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
