Role Description

This is a paid internship role for a Human Resources and Team Leader at DY Mart India. The primary responsibilities include managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and supporting employee benefits processes. The intern will assist with the recruitment process, ensure compliance with HR practices, and coordinate with teams to support a positive work environment. This is an on-site role located in Kanpur.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with Personnel Management and employee engagement strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
