Role Description

This is an hybride internship role for a Business Executive Intern located in Uttar Pradesh. Interns will assist in managing daily operations, supporting business fields in Uttar Pradesh and to bring business leads , and coordinating logistics. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers , Work on the data for market research, assisting in sales goals, and promoting ethical sourcing practices. Interns will also contribute to the development of streamlined processes and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build relationships with farmers, suppliers, and customers
• Basic knowledge of business operations, market research, and data analysis
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Kanpur and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience or interest in supply chain management, retail operations, or agriculture will be advantageous
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
