Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator, located in Pune. The Human Resources Administrator will handle daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policy development, and overseeing compliance with employment laws. Tasks include administering employee benefits, managing performance reviews, supporting staff training and development programs, resolving workplace conflicts, and driving employee engagement initiatives. This role requires collaboration with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals, while fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance with employment laws, and human resources management
• Proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management processes
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs and employee engagement strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to manage HR operations effectively and work collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role in HR is advantageous
