Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Furniture Designer to support our design and product development functions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to coordinate design tasks efficiently. This role will involve preparing furniture layouts, detailed drawings, basic 3D renders, and maintaining an organised design database. Key Responsibilities Prepare furniture layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD Develop detailed furniture drawings for production and client presentations. Create basic 3D renderings using SketchUp and Photoshop (or similar tools). Maintain and compile a database of reference images, design inspirations, and product images . Support in preparing quotations, BOQs, and billing sheets using Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely design documentation. Assist in ensuring design files, templates, and libraries remain organised and updated. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp , and Photoshop . Strong understanding of furniture design and interior layouts. Good knowledge of MS Excel for quotations and billing. Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work with tight timelines. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
