Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located at our office in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and executive administrative assistance to senior management. Daily tasks include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating meetings, and handling communication between departments. Additional tasks include providing exceptional customer service and general administrative support as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in providing Customer Service and handling client interactions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
