Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site VMC Operator role located in Thane. The VMC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to manufacture high-precision components following detailed specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, programming and adjusting machine settings, conducting regular machine maintenance, and ensuring quality control through inspections and measurements. The VMC Operator will work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
• Skills in programming and adjusting machine settings
• Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques
• Basic mechanical aptitude and machine maintenance skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Relevant technical diploma or certification is advantageous
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
