The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department & oversees all aspects of human resources functions within an organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. They ensure compliance with employment laws, manage employee benefits, and play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, V-lookup PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
